I feel huge.
Already.
See!!!
Please don’t count the number of run-on sentences in this post. K. Thanks.
Well, I got in trouble with myself the other day because I realized real quick I haven’t been drinking enough water. I noticed my hands were swelling, and I’d been running out of energy way too soon during the day. So I diagnosed myself with a mild case of dehydration. I’m pretty sure that’s legit. Anyway, I’ve been FORCING myself to drink a bottle of water every few hours. And it seems to be helping. =) Pshhh. I shoulda been a doctor with these skills.
I think I got my first nesting spell yesterday! It was beautiful. I thought I would never want to clean or organize anything ever again. And vacuuming was an absolute joy because my amazing momma got me a dyson for my birthday. (You know I must be officially out of my twenties since I was ecstatic to get a vacuum as a present, haha)
We registered, partially. It was surreal. I was proud of myself for keeping the baby stuff that I did, but also disappointed that I’d gotten rid of so much too. Here’s to allowing God to provide like only He can!
Isaak loves to put his face on my tummy and feel this little guy kick. After he moves, Isaak quickly says “Hey, my baby brother kicked my face!!” Little does he know there will probably be a lot more big/little brother kicking, from inside the womb and outside!
Speaking of big brother & little brother, check out the cutest thing ever that a friend of mine made for Isaak and his baby brother. It made me cry.
Well, here’s my 22 week picture, and proof that I shouldn’t be trying to pull off pre-pregnancy short tops anymore. Thank goodness for good scenery. Haha.
Stay tuned for next week – because… I think we might have a name! uh oh!!! This is happening, folks.
Thanks for being a part of it with us!
Be blessed.
Christy, This is SO thrilling. You look absolutely fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI love reading these posts every week, they bring such joy as I hear about your unfolding story.
PS I HATE drinking water so I find it much easier to do when I shove mint in it. Give it a try.
xoxo
